Q: Why can’t I log into my account?A: It takes 5-7 business days to activate most wholesale accounts. If you are supposed to have a wholesale account and are unable to get logged in after 7 business days, feel free to email us or give us a call. We will do our best to get your account activated so you can start enjoying the products. Reward PointsQ: How do I earn rewards points?A: The only way to earn points is through a local dealer. To locate a dealer in your area, feel free to call or email us. Q: If I have reward Points, why is it asking for my credit card?A: One of two things may have happened. First, you could have purchased more products than your current number of points will pay for. In this instance, you will have to reduce the amount of products or pay for the entire transaction with a credit card. We cannot split our transactions between points and credit cards. Another reason is that you do not have enough points to cover your shipping, or you have not ordered an equivalent of $75.00 so you can receive free shipping. In this case, you will have to pay for shipping. ProductsQ: Are any of the Liquid Soap Products tested on animals?A: No. Q: I used to purchase gallons of product from Liquid Soap Products, but all I see are liters. What happened to the gallons?A: We have moved away from gallons to more environmentally friendly liters. These liters of product can be mixed with your water to make up to a gallon of product. With this new technology, we have been able to reduce packaging waste and shipping pollution by up to 75%. It takes a little bit of extra work, but in the end it makes a big difference. Q: Are the laundry detergents offered on LSP Healthy Living approved to work in a high efficiency washing machine?A: Yes, all of our laundry detergents can be used in high efficiency washing machines. A high efficiency detergent is one that is highly concentrated and has low sudsing characteristics, and all of our detergents have been designed to meet these criteria. Q: Which products are considered to be your purest and most environmentally friendly products?A: As the name implies, our Pure Selects product line is the purest and most environmentally friendly line that we offer.
